首先在本站右上方处点击创建新内容：

中间为直接上传源文件：

上传一个或多个文件：（文件大小单个不过50MB）

按提示填写你需要写明的内容即可

红色选项为必填项，无法发布内容请上拉查找是否有遗忘的必填项目。

填写完毕发布即可。。
