《全宋词》由唐圭璋编纂、孔凡礼补辑，是收录宋代词作最完备的总集，共辑录1330位词人的21116首作品。该书以1937年初版为基础，历经1965年中华书局修订及1981年孔凡礼《全宋词补辑》的增补，系统整合了从帝王宗室到释道女流的全宋词人创作，并附作者小传。
编纂上承《全唐诗》体例，下迄南宋灭亡(1276年)，严格界定词人时代归属，兼收散见于《乐府补题》《草堂诗余》等文献的佚作。
