针对BT下载，可以打电话询问自己所在上网服务商，可以查自己IP是否是外网IP，把自己网络IP更换外网IP可有效提高下载速度和分享速度。。自己所用路由器的设置，都有教程，可自行百度搜索。如何提高BT下载速度。
