1927年民国版《盘丝洞》是由上海影戏公司出品，但杜宇执导，殷明珠、吴文超、蒋梅康、周鸿泉等主演的古装神话片，取材于《西游记》第72回改编，讲述了耳根子软的唐玄奘被一群佯装成美女的蜘蛛精骗进盘丝洞，差点被迫与洞主成亲的故事。
该片于1927年2月2日在中国大陆上映，曾制造“万人空巷”的盛况，因香艳封建后来遭国民党禁播，国内失传多年，无任何拷贝或残片。
